Crêpe Royale is a family developed restaurant/mobile cart
concept created from our love of amazing food and travel.
After having lived in Vernouillet, a small town just northwest
of Paris, for three years, our family developed a love for
crêpes. Coming back to the States we always wanted to branch
out and build a successful food-based business of which one can be
proud.
Crêpe Royale is operated by Alexandria Valmé
Favors who has a Masters Degree in Non-Profit Business
Management. Other key members of the executive team are her
sister, Natasha Kennedy, CEO and Founder of
ThatsSoYummy.com, a popular food blog that features
recipes; restaurant reviews and is a growing social network
for foodies around the world. Rounding out the management team
is their uncle, Stephen Webster who has an extensive culinary
background in owning and managing several restaurants and
catering operations in Kingston, Jamaica.
Special thanks to
The
BarFly Group, one of the country’s premier restaurant
consulting and creative agencies that passionately assisted

to reality.
